Custom made lampshades

When you’re renovating, decorating or looking to freshen up a room, it is often the simplest changes or additions that can make all the difference. Interior design only works when the entire room comes together, from the curtains and carpet, to furniture and accessories.

My recommendation would be to remember the difference that a lampshade can make to the room. It can transform the lightness and brightness of a room, and can also become a real feature of the room. This doesn’t necessarily have to be in a showy way, often an intricate design or bespoke pattern can do the trick.

Step 1: decide if you want a table/standing lampshade or a ceiling lampshade, or both.

Step 2: decide on the size of lampshade you would like; on my Etsy shop, you can choose between 15cm, 20cm, 25cm and 30cm diameter. As all of my lampshades are made to order, I can also flex the height of the lampshade drum if you prefer a longer height!

Step 3: choose your fabric. Either send me your fabric (ensuring there is enough to make the lampshade!) or brief me on the type of fabric you are looking for and I can see what I am able to source for you. Sending some photos of your room is ideal!
